Varvara Ninowsky wins 2nd place in Ontario Tech's 3-Minute Thesis Competition!
Massive congratulations to CANdiLab MSc candidate Varvara Ninowsky, who placed 2nd in Ontario Tech University’s 3-Minute Thesis (3MT) competition! 🥈
The 3MT challenges graduate students to present their research clearly and compellingly—in just three minutes and with only one static slide. It’s a unique test of clarity, precision, and storytelling under pressure.
Varvara competed against 17 participants from across all faculties at Ontario Tech, and presented her upcoming MSc thesis work, focused on empathy, social closeness and psychopathic traits.
